no click effects on any program

please help!!

I am running on windows 7 and the cursor stays as i changed it when i open internet or other things but the click effect is not working i am wanting to use the click effects to confirm my orders when trading the market but they do not work.. Please help!

What version of CFX are you using? If you are using the free version, the effects options are not available.

I paid $9.99 for it.. The effects work on my desktop, but when i go to the internet or open any thing else they do not work
