Updated to 8.1 and icons stuck

I just updated to 8.1 last night and now all icons are stuck. The fences can be moved, resized, and icons adjust correctly but they can't be moved manually. Have restarted several times, same result. Is there a fix, new version? Thanks.

I updated to 8.1 last night as well and I'm having the same problem. Fences Version 1.1.0.419.

Fences 1.x does not support Windows 8 or 8.1

On Windows 8 it may not startup without right clicking on the desktop once, and on Windows 8.1 you are unable to move icons on the desktop.

Unfortunately the only workaround for this is to upgrade to Fences 2.x which does support those OSes.

Was using ver 2.01. Upgraded to 2.13 and problem solved.
