I'm new to this world of skinning, menuing, etc and have been actively researching the web for information.

What I would like to know is, what is the difference between WindowBlinds and NextStart? Do these two programs target the same user and do many of the skin designers use both? In other words, are they competing products? If they are, I don't mean any disrespect for this bulletin board by mentioning a competitors product, I'm still learning the ropes on the world of skinning.
