Although the WC forums are hosted by Stardock there are way too many categories and sub-categories for "staff" to check on for any issues or questions users may have. The "WinCustomize Talk" section you chose to post this in is mostly checked by the user community and moderators. Staff do monitor the "Support" forum sections and this post would be best relocated there.

You could also email support@stardock.com and initiate a trouble ticket.

Please be aware that it is the weekend and other than the auto-generated ticket number you most likely will not hear back from a tech support person until Monday at the earliest.
