Clearly Wizard1956 is a young bored teenager who likely does not even own the program but likes spouting off just to piss people off. Why don't you grow up Wizard1956, or try to act like a grown up anyway. I am an adult trying to get support for a program that I paid for, which is long overdue and is being ignored by the staff here.
Wizard1956 is a well respected, and very knowledgeable old fart here at WC and he told you the right thing to do. If you were here much, you'd know him/that.
Nothing is being ignored by the staff here. But you'd be better served asking nicely for help, and doing it in the correct way, using the correct venues.
A lot of us help when we can, even if we're not actual support members. It's the way things are done here. I'll almost assure you that Monday you'll see some kind of response from official support.
Why not just start fresh, do it right, and be courteous? We really are a great bunch here and can be real friends, given the chance.

I posted a link to the "support forum". It is called that for a reason. Support does not have time to search all the different forums for those in need of support. Therefore the best, and quickest way to get Official support help is to
1. Email support. support@stardock.com
