Criteria:
1. The whole exercise was made through wincustomize
.........on the 12th of October 2002
2. The first 250 skins through "Downloads over all"
.........for DesktopX skins were checked
.........( skins with more than 4.500 downloads )
3. Over 120 authors nicknames checked
.........( for 25 authors there is no information in wincustomize
.............as their ID=0 )
4. At least 707 skins were checked (~48% of the DesktopX skins)
