I am running Windows 8.1 and, like others, am having trouble with not being able to drag an icon from one fence to the other. I see there is a Fences 2.11 beta which is suppose to take care of this problem and is available for download. I set up an account, but somehow cannot download 2.11. It just goes in circles. Can you help?
When you "set up an account", did you use the same account as when you bought Fences?
If not, that may be why you can't download it.
Also, if you're running a trial version of Fences, you won't have access to the beta.
If I'm not mistaken, some betas are only available to customers and/or subscribers.
I have the same problem. I have licience for fences and still can't download 2.11 version.
