Stardock central shows that my subscriptions to objectdock and wincustomize are expired. subsequently I am not eligible for discount when making a purchase. The subscription status is definitely in error. What is going on here? Stardock has not responded to my email for help.
Checked stardock central again and it indicates active subscriptions, but when I try to purchase a master skin, no discount is applied. It says that "requirement not met" I don't know why this is happening, when my subscriptions are current.
