Created a support ticket 10 days ago - have a question on upgrading Fences from 1.x Pro to 2.0

Thanks. I work as support myself, so found it a bit strange. But maybe you get hundreds of tickets per day...
Anyway, my ticket is #MAD-261-21863

I'm also waiting on a ticket that was started on Friday.  I haven't replied to anything.  Perhaps there's a glitch somewhere.
