How (or where) i can begin to program plugins for desktopx?

I wish a best and improved DesktopX version, with more special features.
But, until not arrives this version, i decided to make my program my own plugins to do the tasks that now not do desktopx.
To programmers/developers:
Where (any site, person, etc.) can i begin to program plugins?
My experience programming are poor, but i have programed in Pascal and Basic any years ago, always for MS DOS. I have no notions of Windows and Objective programing.
Any help, specially if it is direct by any person, can be very useful for me!

My suggestion would be to start with the DXScript stuff. The reason why is that it uses VBScript and Javascript so anything you do with DesktopX is applicable to all software.

YES!!!! I love this stuff. I am still working on how to make DX go to my site using XML to upload infomation.

I see that I will have to download more of Carlitus work to encourage him to do more work. (where do you find the time, I am still working on my stuff!! I have like 30 designs on the shelf and nothin good enough to upload!)

i observed the link, and i readed the documentation/tutorial. I have some ideas for placing objects freely on the desktop, using dxscript

, surelly on VBS (some users have problems with Java on their computers). It's no very hard to do this task. But for other tasks, such Object Activation on Keypressing, can't be realized in a script language (or i don't know how).
Now i'm very charged of work making icons and trying to make my first WindowBlinds skin

. When i finishes i will make a good theme for Desktopx, that is, definativelly, the best desktop enhancement software
