Just sharing this program I've found.

Unlocks some neat animations for windows explorer icon views. The icons can 'expand their positions' from top to bottom or left to right and a couple other variations.

I found it via this webpage which also has a video showing some of the animations.

Works fine here...best with large icon view. List view has artifacts, but the go away upon clicking the desktop or inside the window.
