well thank you i dont need any help but what i have been doing is select a color thats not being used like yellow and change one at a time, then close and look for that color in on my system dialogues ... but this isnt always the same on different themes, and its hard to redo the exact color that was already there unless you write down the color codes 
i know you can clik the Recover original but that changes all the ones youve done earlier back too!
