WinXP Power Toys/Multiple Desktops

Have recently downloaded XP Power Toys, ONLY the program for multiple desktops, "Virtual Desktop Manager." Am having problems getting the wallpapers for the various desktops to "stick." When I bring a desktop out of "preview" the wallpaper disappears. Does anyone having this program have some words of wisdom, would really appreciate some help!

Ah...another simple advantage of LiteSTEP....any number of VWMs [desktops], and the walls are easy to configure....[once you know your way around a step.rc]...

Haven't tried that proggy though...the only add-on I did try was the WinAMP to WMP skin converter...

I have been using MS VWM and It works great!

In the options I unchecked the shared desktops and then configured the wallpaper fron the menu and have had no problems..

Thanks Tast.....figured it out, after awhile. In thinking it is a "Windows"-type program, naturally went to display appearance under control panel. Thanks for your response..............wasn't in the buying software frame of mind, know what I mean? Always enjoy the benefits of a "freebie" when possible.
