Silverado Trucker - I see you don't have any uploaded skins. I don't know if you have made any or not, but if you have, then surely you realize the amount of work that goes into making one. An update to a skin usually is to add new features the program has added or to fix a bug. In the case of WinXP skins it's quite a lot of work to take a WB2 skin and add all the XP parts and functionality to it. If the artist didn't do all this extra work it wouldn't be a WinXP skin, just a standard WB skin.
What's your problem? As long as I can remember people were happy to see skins updated to the new feature set. When scrollbars were added to WB there were lot's of skins updated to include them and even more requests from users for artists to update their work.
Chill out... this is not a case of people updateing their work to get in front of the pack for downloads. It's skin authors putting in a lot of extra work to bring their skin up to the current standards and make it more functional and more beautiful for you to use. Show a little appreciation for the people making this artwork for you. (and no, I have no plans to update any of my ancient skins to WinXP so don't ask

)
