I had purchased Object Desktop, and I had archived the files needed. Before I was able to take the bacups to put on CD. the hard drive crashed. I tried to just install Impulse again, but my subscription expired and the current versions listed on Impulse gives me a message of the serial code being invalid. I emailed support yesterday, and I did receive a form letter in my email, but I've heard nothing back since then. Any ideas or sggestions of how I get back the versions I had?
