Folder Tab not Working

The Folder Tab (Explorer Folders View) does not work on Windows 7 x64, I have tried several folders. When I get to the folder I want to use and click open nothing happens.

Try selecting a file that is located in the folder you wish to add to your folder tab, then click 'open'.
