By the looks of it all images are 256 x 256. Make a separate image of each at 256 x 256 and then create your icons using IconDeveloper. They must all be 256 x 256 to start, and you can center the image in that space if you need to move it a little, or resize the image a little to fit in a 256 x 256 space.
