Fences 1.01 detaches Recycle Bin

I downloaded Fences Public 1.01 recently, I have this problem:

1. Recycle Bin is in a fence

2. Recycle Bin is excluded from quick-hide

3. Desktop is hidden

4. Right-click on Recycle Bin and select Open

5. Recycle Bin is detached from the fence and returned to desktop.

I'm running Windows 7 64 bit.
