~!~!~!~!~!~!~ How Do I Make My Own Bootskins??? ~!~!~!~!~!~!~

I am familiar with how the bootskin program works...kinda...but i want to make my own...i work for a computer company and i want to put our logo on a bootskin for all of our company computers...see what my boss thinks lol! any help with this is GREATLY appreciated
