Operating System: Windows 7 64Bit
Objectdock 2 Beta
Problem 1:
When showing running programs on the taskbar:
Right clicking on icon for the running application displays a list of options including ALT F4 to close the window.
Click off this menu without choosing anything.
Right click on the running application icon again and the ALT F4 option is no longer available in the list.
Even worse attempting to close the application by using the Red X in the right corner fails to work, the application remains open.
In some cases the maximize and minimize buttons become unresponsive.
Using the ALT F4 keyboard combination will however work, as will choosing close on the file menu.
This does not occur on all applications:
Applications found to have an issue:
Directory Opus (Close Button does not work)
Word 2010 (Close, minimize and maximize buttons all unresponsive)
Excel 2010 (Close, minimize and maximize buttons all unresponsive)
Notepad (Close, minimize and maximize buttons all unresponsive)
Windows Explorer (Close, minimize and maximize buttons all unresponsive)
This is just a small sample, possibly many more suffer this issue but Chrome for example will never do this
Problem 2:
Right clicking an icon in the running application displays a list of options including
Dock Options
Dock Icon Properties
If you repeatedly right click on the same icon in the running applications the options above are duplicated for each click.
Once you click on a different icon the duplicate menu items vanish.
