Impulse dock welcome message

Every time I boot up my pc & impulse dock loads, I get a 'welcome to impulse dock' pop-up. I always tick the box that says 'do not show this message again' and press okay but it's always there next time I log on

 

Any Ideas?

It's stopped popping up now Did it for a couple of days though, which was strange. I'm using win 7 64.
