Try this from Vad_M. It's called Weatherlab 6.3. It says it's a widget, which means that you would need DesktopX to use it, but I'm pretty sure that it is a gadget instead, which means you don't need DesktopX. It has a list of 38,000 cities around the world to pick from, 10 day forecasts, and a bunch of other things like changing the colour and so on.
