Your 2 lowest are memory and desktop graphics.
For the graphics, you can download the latest driver for your video card from the card manufacturer to possibly improve your score. Usually the referance drivers from the chip manufacturer have not been tweaked to your card. An example would be if you had a EVGA card with a NVIDIA chip, the EVGA drivers for your card may actually out perform the newest drivers from NVIDIA.
As for the memory, your problem could lie in the timing settings or possibly missmatched ram. Did you buy all of your ram at the same time or did you add some to what you already had? If you bought matching memory and set it for auto in CMOS it may not be running at the recomended settings. If you have matching ram and know the who the manufacturer is , you can go to their website and look up the timming and set them manually. If your ram is not matching, it's best to just run at auto.
One thing to note, tweaking your ram is not for the faint at heart. If your settings are not correct you will have a very unstable system.
