We have a volunteer for the WindowBlind but all other skins are open and ready for volunteers. Yes, you will see some names by the other skins but there is nothing written saying that there can not be multiple versions for each skin.
So if you have the time available click on the link above and volunteer for one or more of the skins. Keep in mind that it's members volunteering that allows for these projects to get completed.
The current community project is My Dirty Valentine for Valentine's Day. A Theme Manager Suite for it has been uploaded in the WC Library. Check it out, it's a great example of what the members of the community can do.
