Fence and ultramon

I presently use Ultramon to hold my icon positions and handle my 2 screens 1 an acer 22' and the other a 42' HiDef. I'm using Vista Ultimate 64 and I'm wondering if the two won't conflit with the icons. ???Anybody know for sure?

I am using Ultramon also and I have not had any conflicts, I use fences to maintain my icons, ultramon for dual taskbar support
