WB7 - Explorer always uses ~45% CPU

Only when I select 'Windows Aero' the CPU used by process 'Explorer.exe' goes down to ~0%.

When using a WB skin, I also notice that the explorer bar is not transparent when I set its transparancy in WB.

So, currently I cannot use WB. (This happens since a while ago, but did not think the severe system slow down and 'hangs' was due to WB update)

Please can anyone tell me how i completely remove window blinds from my computer and do a clean install having a lot of problems applying blinds and also transparency so i think i maybe i might be able to fix this with a clean install thank you.

it should completely uninstall using Impulse

then run a reg cleaner

reboot

download/install fresh
