Impulse Setup Problems

Hi All...

I have just purchased WB 6 with WB upgrade 7. I also downloaded Impulse to run this. Now the Impulse setup says that there is another Impulse copy on my computer. It says cannot find impulse_setup.msi

I have uninstalled all Impulse files I can find and it still says the same thing.

What am I missing?

All help will be appreciated.

Suanough, get Revo Uninstaller HERE.

Reinstall Impulse. If it doesn't reinstall, see if it appears among the apps in Revo. If it does, uninstall it with Revo ONLY USE THE DARK PRINT LINKS at the end of the uninstall process.

Reboot.

Reinstall Impulse. Install your WB6 through Impulse (put in your email address) as well as updating to WB7 and any other apps from Stardock.

Should work for ya.

Doc's suggestion should work, but you must reboot after uninstalling and reinstalling as he points out, very important.

Try to read all of Island Dog's articles on Impulse: Here. But you'll have to do some sorting...he writes a lot!
