Neither of those are "non themeaware apps"
A non themeaware app is an app that does not use a manifest to use the XP common controls. In such apps the controls like buttons, comboboxes etc would appear as Windows Classic style when using the Windows XP style / Aero themes. With WindowBlinds they are skinned.
Apps which intentionally skin themselves such as itunes will naturally not skin (many of those apps don't even have real controls to skin, they are just images)
