Vista logon?

I'm completely tired and it's 2 a.m. when posting this so let me get started...

Is there any possible way I could use this image; http://i39.tinypic.com/2wna688.jpg

and make it into a Login Screen that wouldn't interfere with the image? If there's a tutorial or something, please link me in the right direction.

i looked at the photo

the info is high enough in the center it won't interere much

with the logon info

and on the bottom is clear w/all black for the windows info

Vista Logon info is set by windows and cant be moved ! unlike Xp logons .
