I've been a Mac user for a long time now and I tried Windows 7 and liked it. Although I'm temporarily using Vista until 7 comes out, I bought Object Dock Plus and Stardock has done a great job with this user-interface enhancement utility, I do have a suggestion although I'm not sure if this is the place to mention them or if any new version is planned.

It would be great if, when an open application is minized, it goes to the dock icon instead of a seperate windows. The Yellow Triangle already lets us know if an application is running or not and hovering on it, could bring a Windows 7 like preview pane(s) for all open windows of that application. Applications that dont have a dock icon can continue to have their own icon as it is currently implemented.
