I recently started using this program, along with other desktop mods, and i really enjoy it. the only major problem which i have found, which reduces its usefulness to me drastically, is that when i click an icon, most commonly icons such as My Computer or My Documents, there is a large delay before the window is opened, sometimes even up to a minute or two...

if anybody has any suggestions they would be very helpful

this problem also occured when using Rocket Dock, though i make no comparisons between the two, it may be useful info for diagnosing the problem!
