It looks like the skin has the title bar text set wrong for inactive windows but it is hard to tell without looking at the skin. Is this the only skin this happens with?
Could be your firefox theme, does it do it with diff themes loaded?
Unfortunately it's a problem recurring specifically with skins made my a certain publisher. This skin and most of the other published skins by this person ( http://amaeli.deviantart.com/ if interested ) were made for XP and not vista. With most skins made for xp/wb5 don't seem to have this problem.
