Over My Head!

I fear that I have gotten myself in a little over my head! Is there anyone out there who would take pity on this poor newbie and help me get started with windowblinds and how to make my own skinz? I've looked at the tutorials and they've helped a little but I'm still lost! I guess I'm looking for some good step by step instructions that will explain things for me! I would appreciate any help availablie or any suggestions!

tryoder, Hi! and welcome. I think you should be more specific in your question...get started with what, exactly? (I'm no authority).....so hit the edit button and try to be as specific as you can be regarding your question.
