Buy WindowBlinds 6 via Alertpay, is it possible?

Hi! I'm very interested in buying WindowBlinds 6, the trial version has been a great experience to me. I don't have a Paypal account, but I have $23 in my Alertpay account. If i'm not wrong, the price of WindowBlinds 6 is $19.95.
Is there any possibility?

You should contact sales@stardock.com and see if you can arrange for a money order to be sent via email to them. It may work I'm not sure; but alert pay says it can email money to anyone.
