I recently uploaded a DesktopX theme that was rejected due to the fact that it contained a CursorFX skin. Ok, I was told that it could not contain a cursor because this causes an unduly large download for those who don't have cursorFX. I am noticing several recent DesktopX themes by a master that contain both Xion skins, and Right Click skins. I do not want to seem a trouble maker, but rules are rules and should apply to all, not just some.
I don't have Xion, and don't use Right Click. But I had to download the skins for those apps. if I wanted the DX theme. So I did. Seems to me that I should have the right to upload a DX theme containing a cursor, and the downloader should have the right to choose not to download it if they don't want to. Either this, or the master skinner should have to remove these extra skins from his/her theme. Just a matter of double standards, seems to me. Again, I am not trying to start trouble, just pointing out the unfairness going on.
