Programs that are running in the task bar can you add them to the Object Dock Plus?

Particular programs to be more understood

I have tried Object Dock several times and like it but there are things I don't yet know about it. I purchased the Plus of it so that I could customize it more and do more things to it and with it.

I run a program for my sound and I turn it up and down by clicking the icon that it uses when it is running it is always in the task bar over by the clock where you antivirus runs and other things like that. IS there a way to make those things show up on your dock so that if you need to click one of them on to work with it you can do so. I am really new to this and just don't know and don't know exactly how to go about putting them there if you can do so.

Is there a small tutorial to tell you how to add things and what each thing does so that you can kinda read something if you need to?

You can show them but they will not work as designed; they'll be static. For volume control, I use this DX widget. 'Tis awesome: https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.aspx?skinid=1076&libid=34

Thank you so much for your help and I am sorry about the font.... NP on my end. I'm easy to please..I use a program called SRS Audio Sandbox. I love it and it is the program that I was speaking of and I like to use it and to turn the sound up with it. Will this one that you gave me the link to work for it??? Sorry, I am a 25 year + user of the PC but some things are still new to me. I do know that I love Stardock's though.

Hi TexasKat

I don't know if this is what you mean, but I just create a shortcut to the volume control and to my SoundMax Control and put these on my dock. That way, if I want quick access to the volume or I want to alter the listening conditions, such as surround sound or the acoustic environment, then they are just one click away. Beats going to the Start menu, All Programs, etc, etc, especially if you just want to change the volume on your headphone.

Like Zubaz mentioned, these shortcut icons will be static. When you click on them, the sound program pops up and then you can alter the volume or whatever you want.
