OK since I am a newbie and have pretty much no idea how to create a custom skin I am destined to download skins. I read through a lot of articles on helping me to get started, but cant seem to find an answer to one question. Since I have an 1024x768 desktop resolution I am having trouble with those RESOLUTION INDEPENDENT themes. When ever I load them up it all looks nice except the taskbar which is allwayz too big. Now I am trying to make it fit, but it doesnt work by simply going to properties/summary and there changeing the WIDTH. How can I make this taskbar fitt my resolution or can I even do it?
