how to use it

i have download something but i dont know how to open it ore something its a CurXPTheme file and it also says XP in the name so does that mean that i can onley use it on windows XP becouse i have windows vista!! help me plz

CurXPTheme is the file extension for CursorXP theme files....

CursorXP is a program that allows you to use custom cursors which you download from www.wincustomize.com [most likely where you got the one you're trying to open] and it's compatible with windows XP.

If you are looking to use custom cursors on Vista, give CursorFX a look.
