I use it and I love it! My boss got infected with a virus and I spent 4 hours trying everything I could do to get rid of it (work computer). Our previous tech support guy passed away a few months ago with a heart attack, so we had to find a new computer tech support guy. Boss had seen "Geek Squad" advertised on TV, so he suggested I try them when I was unsuccessful getting rid of the virus (and believe me, I'm tech savvy..and I had tried everything I could think of, from Spybot, to System Mechanic, to many other programs!) CCleaner is one of the programs that they had me download and use, along with Trojan Hunter. Between those two programs and their phone assistance, I managed to get rid of the antivirus program and finally managed to get the point across to the boss..Don't click on unknown popups...no matter what they say!! lol!! I don't care if they do tell you that you are infected with a virus and to install their anti-virus program, all that is, is a hoax to get you to download a trojan
that will not uninstall without being a pain in the rear!
