Can't get Word 2007 icons back to normal!

Hello!

About 3 months ago (actually, more like 6) I uninstalled IconPackager.

Although it is only a minor annoyance, it is still annoying.

Here is what it looks like to me;

PS: I am using Windows Vista, and I have Office 2007 Ultimate installed.

Oops... seems imageshack is broken. I have just done it now with photobucket. Here is what the icon looks like to me;
