If you are running WB6 go in and adjust the transparency to off. Click on apply my changes. If you don't see any change pick another WB and apply it. Reboot and apply the Arzo skin again. Hopefully this will correct the problem. Sometimes things just hicup. I've only run into this a few times and rebooting fixes it. Now if that does not work you may have something else wrong.
