When you have an inquiry that's not what one would consider standard issue, I would suggest logging into the Stardock irc live chat and inquiring from there. This is generally the best way to get a hold of people that do not have a regular line of communication to the outside world.
To get onto the chat, you could either (1)use Stardock Central (
http://sdc.stardock.com/sdcentral_setup.exe ) and click the 'Chat' button once you're logged in or (2) use an irc client and log onto irc.stardock.com. Just ask your question in either the #sdcentral or #stardock channel, and someone will be able to get you assistance shortly.
