I can not find a Stardock account for you under this e-mail.
I did find one by your name, can you verify if this is also yours - chiuto@36.com?
If so, you have no Stardock software installed, not even Stardock Central, that we can tell.
What 'run' button are you referring to?

David,my stardock e-mail is [DELETED].. but dont send e-mails to that e-mail....
I bought ObjectDesktop for $49.95
Let me tell you step by step

1.I opened Stardock Central
2.Then I pressed ObjectDesktop
3.Then I clicked DesktopX
4.I clicked Install
5.After Installation finished , I clicked the "Run App" Button
6.Then the message displayed like this
dxwidget.exe stopped running....

Windows is finding solution....
This error happened since I bought your company's software
