Vista x64 WindowBlinds 5.51 themes does not work

After apply any theme (excluding aero) it looks like windows classic theme
or title bars of every window just dissapear at all.

Your files look mixed, try uninstalling and re-installing WindowBlinds and see what files you have then.

Also make sure all users have read & write access to the WB folder & sub folders.
