Hello, and first of all thanks for taking the time to read this...

Here's what I want:  I have the Vista weather gadget, and I would love to take some outside footage during different weather patterns and times of the day and somehow have a program that would change my background animation to match what the current realtime weather is...  I know this is a bit ambitous and perhaps even a bit stupid, but it's just something that I'd be very interested in.

Any gifted programmers out there willing to take up the call and do this?  or point me in the right direction in doing this?
