SacredCultivator,
You can also check the files manually by doing the following:
1 - Tell Windows to show the file extensions (My Computer > Tools menu > Folder Options > View tab > deselect 'Hide extensions for known file types' > Apply).
2 - Change the downloaded '.ip' file to '.zip' and then extract to the same location using the context menu (right-click file > Extract all > click 'Next' twice and then 'Finish).
3 - You should now be looking at one of the following: (A) a '.icl' file and a '.iconpackage' file, or (
a bunch of '.ico' icon files and a '.iconpackage' file. If this is the case, you should be able to close the current window and move the extracted folder to the IconPackager directory folder (usually "C:\Program Files\Stardock\Object Desktop\IconPackager\Themes" folder).
4 - Assuming all has gone correctly in steps #1 - #3, you should be able to start IconPackager and then select, load, and apply the package.
Note - if the same issues occur when trying to apply, then I would suggest using the "Right-click download button > select 'Save Target as' > save locally to My Documents" method of downloading to remove any issue with the built in download functions in IconPackager.
Good luck.
