Unlike the general community, the Administration of Wincustomize.com presumes innocence until determined otherwise.
Once attention was brought to an apparent anomaly regarding authorship subsequent submissions were rejected pending clarification, however the existing gallery was not removed.

....definitely has some of the same screensavers but there is no evidence they were/are yours.
Several times people have been asked to explain such anomalies with uploads....sometimes it's a simple matter of 2 sites...2 different nicks...same person, sometimes it's an overlooked 'permission.txt' issue, and sometimes it's someone uploading another's work as his own.
If a response was sent then unfortunately it was not received, so I am at a loss as to its content.
Our most recent communication mentioned not receiving a response so I would have hoped subsequent reply would have addressed that, rather than prompting your current action.
This is not mean, nor discriminatory on my part, but a simple cause and effect.
The cause was a query requesting clarification of a screensaver submission, and the effect was your removal of your entire gallery.
I cannot apologize for the former as all uploaders may be subject to that, and the latter was your choice, and definitely not mine.
If a simple lost email can precipitate such reaction then perhaps it would have been more prudent to attempt resolution via successful email communication. It would be unlikely to be flagged as spam and deleted unless it had trigger words in the title [viagra, penjs, etc], and I do read them all, particularly those originating from Wincustomize.com Users.
