Need help with wincustomize from the very start

I have never used or installed a program such as this. I bought the desktop themes software. I dont know how to use any of it! help is of no help! Please e mail me with the instructions on how to download and install all those cool desktop themes! If you have any themes that are cool, send me a link. Thanx a BILLION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
