Bohemy, I think that as we all move further unto 2007 the line between subscriber and non-subscriber will get closer together and may even blur. I know that I, for one, don't want to imply elitism or exclusiveness.
But . . (you knew there was a "but" coming, didn't you) . . I think that it's important to support people and companies and things I believe in. I have subscribed to WC for years without downloading much at all (865MB over 6 years) because I wanted Stardock to know that i wanted them to continue with WC. I got (or used) very few benefits over the years from my "subscription". The benefits came from being a part of the community.
I'd strongly suggest that you subscribe and raise you hand as a supporter. It's well worth it.
