Prevent user to customize ObjectDock

Hi

Is there by any chance a way to prevent users to customize their ObjectDock? I am planning to use ObjecktDock on my childrens computers and don't want them to edit the program. Been looking around for a while but can not find a good answere, so I hope I will get the answere her.

About the only way you can do that is by taking out all the backgrounds except the one you want to use out of the backgrounds folder.

Right-Click the dock > under "View" choose "Lock Icon Dragging" & "Lock Dock Position"
That's about as much as you can do. They can still add shortcuts and change backgrounds.
Make sure you "Save Theme As" under "Dock Settings" > "Themes" so any changes can be aborted by reloading the saved theme.

A desktopX desktop might allow you more control and customization (and a little more security).

I'd look there.
